Welcome to the Flourish Federation!
Welcome to life at the Flourish Federation! In September 2017 Brookfield Infant School & Brookfield Junior School became a federation, working closely to provide a strong, continuous education for our pupils.
By working collaboratively, we have a sense of shared identity and common purpose with a strong, cohesive leadership across the Flourish Federation, yet retaining our own unique identities.
Our shared vision is to nurture and inspire your child in order that they flourish and achieve to their full potential within a safe and happy environment.
Included in our school website, you will find information on policies, key information, the day to day running of the schools, details of up and coming events and most importantly photographic evidence of the wonderful learning our pupils experience! If you are already part of our school community you will find more information about your child’s learning on Class DOJO.
Our SENCO & FLO work across both schools, enabling us to keep close links with children and their families, offering them the correct support as they travel through the federation. Links for these lovely ladies can be found on under the 'About us' section.

Mission and Values Statement
The children are at the heart of all our decision making and, as a federation, we are committed to providing all of them with a vibrant, hands-on learning experience, which enables them to develop tools for future learning through a creative, stimulating curriculum.
We have a family focussed ethos, supporting and collaborating closely with our families, valuing and nurturing the relationship between home and school.
By guiding and inspiring our children, they flourish and achieve to become lovable, respected members of their communities, embracing and contributing to the world around them.
