Andrew Crossley-Holland

The Flourish Federation Governing Board is the second Governing Body I have been a member of. When I left school I became a surveyor in Bromley after working in hospitals, being employed by a briefcase manufacturer and an Estate Agent. I then went to university to train as a teacher. I was employed in Chatham as a teacher. I then decided I would need a degree to become a Head teacher, so I went to evening classes and obtained a degree.  I became permanent Head teacher of four schools and retired. I was asked to be temporary Head teacher of three other primary schools. I was asked to support a Head teacher and now am a Mentor-Coach of 25 Head teacher and Deputy Head Teachers.

I have worked with both Brookfield Infant and Junior Schools for five years and I am pleased to be asked to become a Governor of the Flourish Federation.
