Week Beginning 1st March

This week children will be writing a 'What am I?' Riddle (like the example below). These are usually lots of fun and the children love reading them out to see if people can guess what they are describing.

My mane is enormous and glorious so I can scare other animals.
My body is soft and golden so I can stay warm.
My teeth are sharp so I can tear meat apart.

What am I?

The focus this week is on using high-quality adjectives and extending each sentence with 'so' or 'because'.
