Nat South
I am Nat South and am the Headteacher of Brookfield Junior School.
I joined the federation as a classroom teacher in September 2017 and quickly realised (through the classroom and also being the staff governor), that I was working in the right school - one that truly puts the children first. In April 2018, I was privileged to begin my role as the Head of School and in January 2021 took over the role as Headteacher.
It is a very exciting time for the Flourish Federation, as we utilise the range of expertise found across the leadership and staffing team, to help develop and nurture a curriculum that provides rich and varied experiences for the children - challenging how they think, extending their understanding of the world around them, and allowing them to become inspired young minds.
