Hi,
My name is Robert Shrimpton and I joined the Board of Governors in November 2022.
When my son joined The Flourish Federation in 2022 and the opportunity arose to apply to join the Board of Governors, I felt that in doing so would help me have a more in depth understanding at how the education system worked. In addition, I wanted to be closer to my sons’ educational journey and see first-hand how brilliantly the school supports all children in their development.
I have worked in the legal sector for over 10 years and I hope that my experiences and skills will assist the Board of Governors .
I am excited by the opportunity I have been given and am looking forward to working with a great team of Governors and staff at The Flourish Federation.
