UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Brookfield Infant School and Brookfield Junior School each have their own dedicated staff teams, supported by a number of colleagues who work across both schools.
By sharing roles such as our SENCo and Family Liaison Officer (FLO), we are able to build strong relationships with children and families over time, provide consistent support and ensure smooth transitions between schools.
At a leadership level, working as a federation promotes consistency in approach, joined-up thinking and close collaboration, helping both schools work together to provide the very best experience for our children and families.
