Update - April 2023

Library Bookshelves and Books

Following on from recent donations and the selling of the local olive oil at farmers markets, the bookshelves were purchased to help to develop the library, with books slowly beginning to fill the shelves.

As a federation who value reading so highly, it is wonderful to be able to support this elsewhere in such a positive manner.

Letters from Albania

We received letters from Albania to thank Brookfield Schools for the donations we had made to them.

The Curriculum Council were lucky enough to be the ones chosen to write back to them.

We liked hearing what their school life was like and we told them a little bit about school life in Brookfield.

Update November 2022

Following the recent visit to Albania, our linked family kindly recorded this video of the area and school. Their next project will be to help develop a library resource for the school and we will be considering how we can support the in the most economical and impacting way possible.

Project Clothes - Summer Holiday 2021-2022

Thank you to all the families who donated clothes to the Albanian School. Over 200 kg was collected, sorted and sent. There were many great items for both the children and the adults.

The generosity from Brookfield donations has been outstanding and we are very grateful. The cost of sending to Albania is met via fundraising amongst our friends and family. Project Whiteboard Projector 2021-2022

It's lovely to see the school have got their projector up and working. Staff have taken part in internal development and training with the theme 'The use of technology in the process of teaching & learning'.

The children are now benefiting from the projector in their lessons.
